The Chaplain Goes to Medical School

As I have said often, I have yet to watch a Jessie Czebotar video in which she has not told a lie.   Her penchant for deceiving her followers knows no boundaries or is limited by moral conscience. I’ve documented this many times in my blog Outward Trends. Her fanbase never seems to notice or care this deception is being done to them.  Her followers on Twitter continue to grow, their love steady like that from a lover blinded by devotion, oblivious to betrayal. 

Over time, she has begun to manifest contradictions and holes in her backstories.  For example, earlier in 2022 from a video with Carmen Studer Jessie tells the story of attending medical school.  However, in another video with host Adena Hodges at Testimony Mountain she provides the tale again with added modifications and missing parts from the previous outing. 

As can be determined at this juncture, Jessie Czebotar has only attended two colleges. Crown College in Saint Bonifacius, MN and Multnomah College in Portland, OR. Both are Christian schools oriented towards ministry.  

Of the two, only Crown College offers pre-med and nursing.  

She is only claiming one degree, a Masters in Divinity which she obtained in 2010 from Multnomah College.  To enter med school it requires an undergraduate degree.  Then an exam at a medical college which must be passed before actually starting medical school training.

This story already has a multitude of problems.  In the middle of all the schooling is getting married and giving birth to six children.  One would think this task is driven and time consuming enough.  The medical training would have to be jammed in there somewhere, but never clearly defined where.

In the Carmen Studer video she claimed a scholarship for her work in “cloning and DNA” and another one from future CIA director John Brennan in order to finance studying medicine.  She then tells of a run-in with a professor for giving the wrong test in the advanced biology class where eventually she and all 400 students were flunked out and all were given tutors.  

In the Testimony Mountain video she casts aside the cloning story and now states she was interested in animals and was taking veterinary courses (not provided by the two colleges she attended), in which she successfully operated on a pig cadaver’s knee and did such a remarkable job her professor told her she would make a good heart surgeon.  She repeats the incident of the professor run-in but omits the financing for the medical school.  The professor and medical school are still unnamed and no time period is specified.  The work in cloning and genetics is switched out in favor of cutting on pig cadavers.  The various scholarships are missing.  And having a future CIA director providing one of those scholarships is a tall tale indeed (which she can now deny with the Studer video being removed).

Regarding Crown College, what degree, if any she achieved there, is unknown.  She did attend Multnomah College once and a second time was a teacher’s assistant there.  Probably working on her masters there during this time?

Eventually, she feels led by God to pass on being a surgeon, and more inclined to enter ministry.  

Since these stories of hers are contradicting I think it is safe to assume medical school is a fabrication since she can tell the story at least twice (maybe more) but can’t ever name the school.  She also claimed to have a run-in with a professor there, also unnamed.  It’s a bad sign.

Jessie Czebotar has told some wild tales as I have been documenting here and on my Substack for the past 3 years.  We were told by her fan base that she has remained consistent all this time so her stories must be true.  

Well, not really.  I found a clip and posted it on X about how Jessie said in an interview with Dave Zublick that she had 7 kids.  When at the time she had six (one son is now deceased).  The shocked look on Zublick's face is priceless!  Very odd as she offered no correction for this obvious error.

In this video, Jessie Czebotar's Dragon Tales is another example of her play loose with her stories.  She has claimed for a long time that she has seen Satan in various human and animals forms, in this instance, dragons.  Only she can't seem to keep the number of heads straight.  She bounces back and forth.

The Boo Radley Backstory

A tale of parallel fictional accounts with added bits of reality.

As I have documented in this blog, the former alleged Illuminati satanist, alleged chaplain and whistleblower Jessie Czebotar tells a lot of false narratives, mostly lies with small shreds of truth thrown in, often missing details such as names, places, etc., which make it difficult to research her claims.  From the 1899 pentagram picture, to the claim of meeting in person a fictional character Somerset Belenoff, and many more deeds to mention here, she has a long history of deception which is easy to uncover if one just digs a little deeper.

However, in an interview from January with Carmen Studer her false narratives head into a new direction of mixing parallel narratives with the insertion of real people.  It may be a sign of a “survivor” still within MK-Ultra control as therapist Gina Philips has found in her recovery work for satanic ritual abuse (SAR) survivors.

The Boo Backstory

Jessie has mentioned interacting with former CIA director John Brennan who she states is a high level satanic priest  who she cheerfully calls Boo.  In the video Saving All The Children Jessie tells the story of how she gave Brennan the Boo nickname with the ever bubbly Carmen Studer, one of Jessie’s constant and enthusiastic enablers.  Like the other enablers with video channels Jessie never has to field any tough questions regarding the truthfulness of her stories.  Which by the way, are generally filled with numerous falsehoods. 

Jessie states a lot of “prominent people” in politics would visit her home in Wisconsin when she was a child but would appear under different aliases (she never states why this is happening).  To keep them all apart she decided to attach her own names to them.  She says they would bring books, one of which caught her eye was Harper Lee’s famous novel, To Kill A Mockingbird.  She learned of the character Boo Radley from the novel, though it was unclear how she did so at the age of 5. In the story Boo lives on the same street as the main character Scout Finch did.  Boo is a reclusive man who only comes out at night. Scout and her cousins eventually befriend him.

So eventually, she will tag John Brennan with the nickname Boo.  Jessie takes great delight in telling this with Carmen laughing along as if this is the funniest thing she ever heard.  

Importantly, like the fictional character of Boo, who lives on the same street as Scout, John Brennan (Boo) lives on the same street as Jessie and her family. 

John Brennan Was Not Running Ops in Wisconsin

According to Britannica.com, Brennan was hired as a CIA officer in 1980.  In 1981 he served as a political officer at the U.S. embassy in Jeddah  Saudi Arabia (1982–84) and was back in the U.S. for the rest of the 1980’s doing analysis for the CIA’s Directorate of Intelligence office.  He has never lived or worked in Wisconsin.  So Jessie’s story of Brennan living on the same street as her and visiting the family home is completely false.  More details below in the Notes.

(It should be noted that Jessie says she was 5 years old in 1981 when she was involved with John Brennan and created the Boo nickname.  As can be seen from his bio he was living and working in Saudi Arabia at this time.)

The Long And Confusing Road

Returning to Gina Philips and her experience with helping SRA victims, she reports that many of her patients are still connected spiritually to the Cult.  This can be from MK-Ultra trauma which they are still unaware of, or as Dr. Rebecca Brown documented in He Came To Set The Captives Free, demonic infestation and control.  So for a person to leave the Cult is a tremendous spiritual and physical battle that takes weeks or months to totally cleanse a victim from it.

In this episode with Jessie, she takes a story out of a popular  novel and intertwines it with her own story, also fictional.  But adds the wrinkle of interjecting an actual person of John Brennan into the fray.  It’s more than her being a pathological liar as this story is easily proven false even without having to look anything up.  It’s the audacity of taking a famous story and combining it with a new story of her own.  The joy she experiences as tells this is quite striking.  Is she taking her enjoyment out of fooling people?  It doesn’t take much to examine the details to discover how false the narrative is.  Quite cheeky.

The symbolism of Scout (Jessie) living on the same street with Boo (Brennan) has a purpose but I can’t really suss out where it’s headed.  This is an area for a professional psychologist to explore. The tie-in to MK-Ultra looks like a very strong influence in crafting this false tale.  Perhaps the thoughts of a tormented and fractured mind forced to carry on one false deed after the other.  However, it keeps the fan base, over 17,000 strong on Twitter, still following despite what has been revealed about her character and deeds.

After joining the Directorate of Intelligence (DI), the agency’s analytic branch, in 1981, he served with the State Department as a political officer at the U.S. embassy in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia (1982–84). He then had a variety of analytic assignments in the DI’s Office of Near Eastern and South Asian Analysis (1984–89) before directing terrorism analysis at the Director of Central Intelligence’s Counterterrorism Center in the early 1990s. After acting as the CIA’s daily intelligence briefer for U.S. Pres. Jessie says and has for a long time maintained that Brennan was one of the trainers and a tough one.  She says he locked her up in a Catholic Church closet for punishment. Typical of her, the name of the church, date, and location is never mentioned.  Likewise, Brennan trained her at a military base.  The name of base, date, and location is never stated.

As Jessie has been doing of late in her videos, she plugs her My Liberty Stand charity.  She takes donations to purchase goods from this online outfit to ship products for free to needy veterans families. Seems saintly does it not?  However, one of my sources told me that by doing this seemingly good deed, there is a commission earned. Jessie is taking donations to buy products to help poverty-stricken people but in the process, earns money for herself as well.  Many of her followers don’t know this and most likely won’t care, but it does make her look like a Saint, till you find out there is more to the story.

When carving out Real Estate for yourself on the internet it pays to have a loyal support staff.  Jessie Czebotar, the single mom of six, rising from obscurity to have built (or with handlers) a large internet following after the past two years.  During this time she has collected a staff made up of fundraisers, Twitter defenders/attackers, submissive video interviewers, propagandists and second tier actors with shady backgrounds.. 

Jessie’s organization is a consortium of old friends and new.  Her church denomination is unknown. She lays claim to the title of Chaplain everywhere but few resources disclose it or its reach.  There are references to a hospital or a homeless shelter but never names, dates or locations.  Her whole back story is largely like this.  It makes a thorough investigation of her claims difficult with many loose ends.  When she is more specific many of those stories don’t pan out. However, more information is being revealed from people who have known her, ran afoul of her and are talking. 

But to her enthusiastic followers none of this matters.  As one said in a birthday message, “God danced the day you were born.”  These needy types need a hero and one has arrived, flaws and all

The Top Six Players

There are several things these characters all have in common.  One is that they never question Jessie in their interviews of her. They are unconcerned regarding facts as she relates her stories to them.  There are no follow up questions.  Secondly,  enough subscriptions will place the channel owner on the YouTube Partner Program and later an AdSense account.  Advertising and even “likes” provide monetization. This can be expanded with an online shop for merchandise.  Having a Youtube channel can turn into a lucrative home business.  Jessie is a good traffic draw so there will be no probing inquiries into her stories to upset this cash flow.

Jeff Shepherd (Ramsperger)

Jeff Shepherd is Canadian and lists himself as an Author, Public Speaker, Real Estate Investor, etc. 

It is unknown how many YouTube channels pay Jessie Czebotar to be a co-host but Jeff’s Right On Radio is one. Jessie makes weekly appearances on his show.

Together, they help perpetuate the Jessie Myths. Of particular note was EP. 123 when Jessie got an alleged, and vague, threat from Somerset Belenoff.  As documented elsewhere on this blog, Belenoff is an intricate internet hoax that Jessie insists to this day, is a real person.  I contacted Jeff about this via his Facebook and he lied to me asserting that they were indeed contacted by Somerset Belenoff and I should continue my research. He has continued this lie on several videos.  There is an ongoing and easily sussed out deception and Jeff is part of it.

Jeff Shepherd is involved with Jessie’s Shepherd of the Sheeple Army (SOS).  

 An organization whose message is to “…raise awareness about the activities of the Luciferian Brotherhood, to support its victims and to advance the Kingdom of Jesus Christ.” 

Some have complained that SOS requires heavy vetting of applicants who must supply a lot of personal information.  Name, address, URLs to social media sites and a checklist of strengths or talents.  It is unknown if SOS team leaders members have paid positions or not.  

Dave Zublick

I once said in another post that Dave Zublick’s mind is the place where rational thought goes to die.  That may have been a major understatement.  It's hard to tell if Dave is serious or just a bit cuckoo.  After perusing headlines on his Dark Outpost site, I fear it might be the latter.

These read like headlines from the Babylon Bee!  Actually, the article regarding family friendly strip clubs is true, but not what you think.  All the pastor did was take his tie off as a protest for churches being locked down during the pandemic and not the strip clubs in town.

Zublick spent most of his career as an Advertising Account Executive for C & G Newspapers. He lists himself as a “News Personality” on Facebook.  He does a live stream broadcast at America Talks on Saturday nights and regular videos for his YouTube channel.

Like Jeff at Right on Radio and the other grifters profiled here, Dave is never going to raise any questions regarding Jessie’s narrative.  She is free to make up anything she wants.  Dave is a staunch defender of Jessie and views her critics with great disdain. He has referred to me as “that blogger.” So devoted to Jessie he once said, “Jessie is the truth.” Never mind that she is not and easily proven so.  As a Christian, shouldn’t Jesus be the Truth?

George Iceman (George Menezes)

It doesn’t get any sleazier than this guy.  George Iceman has made a name for himself as a top Canadian wrestler promoter and director with Destiny World Wrestling.  He also produces nightclub events and on occasion, Adult Expos featuring scantily clad porn actresses.  He promoted several in Toronto, one in 2014 and the other in 2017.  In an article in the porn site, Math Magazine he is featured chatting with a porn actress asking her what her favorite sexual positions are. 

Iceman’s interviews with Jessie are as patronizing as the rest of her promoters.  It was the first video I ever saw of Jessie, the notable decipher of satanic symbols and graphics.  It was a virtuoso 2-hour performance. However, it turned out to be graphics from the Ghostbusters video game.  What cheek!  Iceman participated in this fraud and continues it on another channel, Iam Non Servus, where this original video is chopped up into segments continuing the deception

In my article George Iceman Loses It! I play the clip showing Iceman losing his cool with a critic in the chat, threatening to “kick some ass.”  In the May 14 Circle the Wagons defense video on Right On Radio, Iceman in another snit, threatened to use “magic” on the critics.  Christian’s do magic?  No, of course not!  The rest of the defenders, many listed here, were silent during this embarrassing outburst.

Carmen Smith Studer

Probably one of the nicest people profiled here.  What is she doing in this crowd?  Carmen has stints as a life coach and Christian movie producer.  She originally went by the moniker “Pastor Dragonfly” but dumped it as her traffic increased, dramatically.  And part of that increase is due to having Jessie on.  Carmen will go along to get along.  But like the others, she puts up with the nonsense and the lower lights such as Madyson and Clare.

Carmen seems like a kind person and solid Christian. She may be simply naive.

Jodi LoDolce

Probably the most Machiavellian of Jessie’s promoters.  These two women go way back to the beginning.  According to Linkedin, she currently works as 911 Telecommunicator/Dispatcher for the Norwalk Police Department.  She is a former Marine.  Her social media persona is Christian, deeply patriotic, tough, Trump supporter and conservative.  Like many others in the Team, she has multiple aliases and email addresses. 

Jodi is deeply embedded in Jessie’s organization and one of her fiercest defenders.  There is much I know about her that I can’t say about her.  This one is best left alone.  For now.

Chantelle Meyburgh

On her website the happy go lucky South African describes herself as a “Alchemist, Mystic, Healer, Inspirational Coach, Animal Whisperer, Yoga Teacher and Author.”  When not busy with those activities she co-hosts with artist Morne Venter, a fellow who says little, smiles and toys with his long blonde locks on her Aquarius Rising Africa YouTube channel.  Jessie appears regularly and gets the same star treatment she does on all of the other channels.  

Chantelle is totally New Age complete with lotus flower imagery and yoga posing.  She describes herself as spiritual.  Her protege and business partner Morné when not playing with his hair, specializes in hideous, creepy Satanic inspired paintings (link below). Jessie has an eclectic bunch of friends, from Satanists, New Agers to people with outstanding arrest warrants.  

Chantelle founded the Source Alchemy and the SunKidz Programs which she has traveled to many countries promoting, giving talks and giving workshops.  With the SunKidz, children are taught to “identify their spirit guardians” an occult practice the Bible forbids.

Chantelle’s eastern philosophy has little to do with the Christian concept of Jesus.  She tweets from the heretical Aquarian Gospel of Jesus the Christ directly to Jessie.  What true believer in Jesus Christ would be associated with this heresy?  

This demonstrates a growing trend in Jessie’s ministry.  The watering down of the Gospel and the integration of New Age ideas.  Salvation through Christ for attornment of sin, is being placed further away and replaced with false teachings.

In Closing

So there you have the top six supporters of Czebotar.  There are newer players arriving to join in the videos with Jessie.  Some who are bringing Easter religion ideas, some with criminal backgrounds and others just grifting and promoting personal empowerment for self.  For those of you who are dedicated followers, a change is coming.

Jeff Shepherd was running under the surname of Ramsperger for a long time.  He changed it Shepherd recently.  This was done without notice or explanation. 

Another pattern among these people is that most have Facebook pages and most have stopped posting in 2020 and have not posted new content since.  Facebook would be a good place to prompt their activities, video broadcasts, workshops, etc.  Yet they ignore it.

On Right on Radio, EP 183, Jeff Shepherd, Ramsperger, Whatever announced he has been contacted on April 1st by SB.  Yes, that SB! Somerset Belenoff, the Queen of the Illuminati, the well proven fraud and internet hoax.  Jeff said he would give more details regarding what transpired on a future broadcast on the 13th.  Is this a distraction?  Whatever is coming is bound to nothing but lies.  The nonsense starts at 17 minutes in.

Jeff Shepherd's Tuesday broadcast never mentioned Somerset Belenoff's April 1 contact.  The "dead man's switch" was postponed as well, much to the dismay of the Jessie fans in the chat.

Jeff Shepherd announced on his July 20 broadcast on Right on Radio, that Jodi LoDolce is the official "Prophetess" of his channel.  When has she ever prophesied anything?  If one does, it had to be verified by the Word of God.  Or else it is null and void.

On the Illuminate The Darkness website the following is listed on one of the members, Jodi LoDolce:

“Jodi was licensed as a minister while working as Children’s Ministry Director & Leader in a church of approx 2000. She’s a United States Marine Corps Veteran. Her focus is spiritual warfare and the prophetic. She supports SRA survivors as an ear, providing spiritual counsel and prayer.”

Note that the church is not named, nor it's location.  This common among Jessie and her group.  They give you just enough info to tell a story but not enough to research it.  Likewise, she never lists her Marine rank.

EP 187 of RoR, Jeff chats with one of the SOS team members Sarah, regarding VIP's had been joining such as doctors and lawyers.  Lawyers are researchers at heart and any lawyer joining SOS would be someone you would never want to hire.  Likewise, for any doctor.  Professional people like this should know better.  This is most likely a another lie.  In this same video, Jeff once again said he had been contacted Somerset Belenoff, a proven internet hoax.  SOS, like Jessie's other projects, is founded on numerous deceptions.
