The Affidavits Part 1

(Affidavits #1 and #2 are updated at Substack:  https://georgebailey.substack.com/p/the-affidavits)

In this two part series I will be covering the release of the Jessie Czebotar affidavits.  This post is regarding the validity of the documents themselves since they feature numerous questionable flaws.  Part 2 will cover the content of the actual affidavits.

Introduction

Jessie Czebotar has had some ups and downs in 2022.  From losing two video channel supporters to having a dust up and falling out with Madyson Marquette.  Myself and other researchers have been unrelenting in exposing her deceitful conduct, lying and endless grifting.  So annoyed with critics she even stooped to posting an enemies list on Twitter, of which my name was included.  In the spring she posted a “cease and desist” notice on Twitter towards me and several other online critics, three times.  They had no legal standing since her claims of being a Federal witness were exaggerated.  All she actually did was submit an affidavit to a civil trial that was a tort case, which was never used.  She also had to take down her Go Fund Me “Champions” account after raising $20,000.  GFM became curious and started asking questions regarding how the money was being spent to help others. Being alleged whistleblowers Jessie responded she could not release their names due to obvious reasons.

To be fair, she has had some high points such as reaching over 32,000 followers on Twitter, launching a new website (she owns a total of three), numerous workshops including one recorded in a TV studio charging $400 a seat.  Her fundraising is ongoing, helped along by book sales and merchandise.  How much money is flowing into the Illuminate the Darkness ministry is unknown.

For some reason that is not perfectly clear, Jessie Czebotar has released a series of affidavits, many produced in 2021 and only appearing online recently.  There are plenty of people providing opposition to her claims, most unverifiable. So this could be an attempt to add further legitimacy to her various claims and her status as an alleged whistleblower to Satanic crimes of torture and murder of children.

What follows is an analysis of those affidavits which will show numerous errors, both in the composition of the documents themselves to factual anomalies and in one case, blatant slander.

Are The Affidavits Null And Void?

Part of a notary public’s job is being a witness. The witness signing must correlate to the notary public seeing the signature being made and making his/her signature, date and stamp on the affidavit.  Both dates should match. If the signature is a day or two apart then the notary is not witnessing it. There is an old system for signature verification but remains legally valid.  Also, additional information may be required such as the notary public making it clear they were witnessing the signature being made.

Below is an affidavit of mine for a probate proceeding in 2016.  The dates are the same.  The notary public has the added paragraph describing exactly what he was doing in regard to verifying that the witness, me, has signed and dated the document.  My street address (blurred) is included.  Proper dating, dates and addresses are important since a Judge is going to see this when it is filed with the court.

One of Jessie's affidavits. If she really submitted her affidavits to various courts they should be of the same quality and detail as mine.  They are not.  They resemble digital hack jobs.  No street address and the witnessing dates are off by one day in this example.

An example of a 2-day difference between her signature and that of the notary public. This shows that the notary did not view her signing.

As shown in the next example the signatures and notary stamps are taken from a batch of 7 affidavits and are all identical, giving the appearance of digital alteration.  Signatures and stamps will have variations.  In Jessie’s affidavits there are no variations whatsoever, only general conformity.  Notice the two day signature difference.  A cut & paste job.

Likewise, the cover letter is also problematic.

Once again the signature dates are off by a day and the use of two notary public stamps is unnecessary.  Both stamps are nearly identical and are very likely digital inserts.

Even Jessie’s diehard supporters such Veronica Swift can’t admit there is trouble with the verification of these documents even with clear irregularities:

“I also looked through the Florida reference manual for notaries public, as one attorney and certified notary from Florida also claimed on Twitter that all of these affidavits were null and void because of the day difference between the witness and notary signatures, and I was unable to find any official instructions that would prohibit notarizing an affidavit a day later under these state guidelines.”

Here is Swift with both an attorney and certified notary telling her a dating difference would make an affidavit null and void and she still won’t accept it!  Like most Jessie gatekeepers she can’t.  Besides, her job as a propagandist is to defend the cult Leader from her critics. It’s a tough job with Jessie constantly offering dubious evidence that doesn’t hold up well or at all when exposed to the light.

In Closing

These allegedly sworn affidavits of Jessie Czebotar are troublesome.  If you know anything about her, you will know she doesn’t do much of anything in a normal manner to begin with.  So having issues with affidavits and the proper use of signatures and notary stamps are of no surprise.  The same will occur in Part 2, when the content is examined.

Coming in Part 2

A deep look into the content of the affidavits, the slandering of individuals, civilian affidavits sent to military courts, the misuse of names and other faulty information supplied in the documents.

REVIEW: Kingdom Living Segment 1

In modern English, a cult is a social group that is defined by its unusual religious, spiritual, or philosophical beliefs and rituals, or its common interest in a particular personality, object, or goal.

Wikipedia

(Updated at:  https://georgebailey.substack.com/p/review-kingdom-living-segment-1)

Christians are searching for something.  Something extra.  Something missing in their relationship with Jesus Christ. And if it leads them to someone they find admirable and trustworthy they will follow this person and follow blindly. Even if this person has grave moral flaws, is practicing a multiple level fraud and leading people astray with false teaching.  The feeling is good as long as it lasts.  How quickly a Christian is parted from his book of doctrine, the Bible, by people such as this.

This is what we see in Jessie Czebotar Illuminate the Darkness ministry if one will choose to look.

The Presentation

First off is how poorly composed a large part of the video really is. Apparently, the camera was set up and focused on the white board.  There is no panning and should have been since Jessie quite often walks out of the frame.  You can hear her talking and occasionally see a hand or arm flutter on the side.  For the audience paying $400 a seat to be there for the taping, this will not affect them but the camera should have had a photographer positioned to pan back and forth as Jessie moves about.  It’s a bad look and not helped by the presenter being as poorly dressed as one would be for going to a garage sale.

At the beginning, Jessie Czebotar tells the familiar story of her origins.  Born into a satanic bloodline family at the age of 4.5 years she was chosen to be a “Mother of Darkness,” one of five MoD’s, the high rulers of the Illuminati.  At age 10 long after she accepted Jesus as Lord and Savior, she left.  There are a lot of holes in this story explored here and elsewhere, and it is told from her perspective only, with no proof given or corroborating witnesses.

This is of no importance to the folks paying $400 to watch the show. Critical thinking is not their thing.

It’s not long before Jessie needs to talk about something horrible.  At the 30:18 mark, the death story of Grace, an 8 year old girl murdered because Jessie decided not to participate in torture and murder rituals. Her broken and bloody body is cast into her arms where the child dies.  She feels responsible for this horrific tragedy from her denial of participating in diabolical ceremonies.

It is of note how Jessie can tell such a horrific and traumatic story with the ease of how one would discuss an ordinary life event.  There is no torment in her eyes.  She expresses no emotion; does not shed a tear; her voice maintains a dull tone that never wavers.  It is as if she is discussing a casual event.  It’s a common trait of hers available in all of her horror stories and does not add any validity to her narrative.  Like everything else, it’s a tale with her as the soul witness.  Her whole backstory is like this.

And so because of this event she begins her count of all the children being killed. This starts at 29:47 minutes in, where she relates the total figure of 136,000 kids. In her own words, “I saw them die in front of my face.”  It’s a stunning figure.  Stunning to the point of being hard to believe. Who has the time for this or the psychological strength to survive viewing this trauma?  It certainly raises a host of questions.  My first one is where did she ever think this would be a believable figure?  This would be an industrial level murder operation such as the Nazi’s employed.  Where do the bodies go?  Jessie has a story for that too.  The ashes of the dead are processed into diamonds.

Just a side note.  Jessie has been telling the story of witnessing child ritualistic murders for years.  She started out with her Proctor (grandmother Clara Church) killing 10,000 children a month.  Then in June of 2022 said the total number was 36,000.  Now the latest figure is 136,000.  It’s unknown why the numbers keep growing or how she expects people to believe these stories.

But questions remain. How high can a child count starting at 4.5 years old?  Can she recall any names?  The poor doomed Grace has no surname.  If so memorable of an event, as it surely would be, why not provide her name and report the murder to authorities?  Or tell the family for closure?  Jessie tells hazy stories.  This is just another tale from a master fibber with nothing to investigate.

The Teaching

I will only touch on Jessie’s teaching in brief.  While she does talk of some Biblical truths, there is much in regards to esoteric symbolism and ideas that are unsourced (as much of her talk is). Some statements are clearly unbiblical.  Other points are complex and not clearly presented.  This is supposed to be a Christian teaching workshop but one presented without a Bible in hand with quotes rarely sourced or used to explain a teaching.

An issue in point is her teaching on breathing.  Jessie tells us that to exhale and to inhale are positive and negative sounds. She has a wave pattern and illustrates up nodes and down nodes with it which is worth one octave of a musical note.  In turn they represent Angels on one side and fallen angels on the other.  Then somehow, this is connected to the “7 tones of the Holy Spirit.”  Here is where Jessie’s teaching leaves the Bible completely

The New Testament Paul addresses the 9 gifts of the Holy Spirit in 1 Corinthians 12:1; 8-11.  There are no tones mentioned anywhere in Scripture. Are these tones different or are all the same?  Jessie never says.  Where does she get this from, her childhood esoteric teaching?   Likewise, the aforementioned breathing symbolism is illustrated with angels, demons, up and down nodes, octaves and so on. Ideas are also not found in Scripture and she never identifies her source.

This is a teaching much like the anointing of an oil project she started.  Her followers were out anointing things for safety, such as their car tires.  You will know the truth no matter what anyone says if you go by Scripture and get verification through God’s Word.  And sadly many Christians don’t.

In Closing

At the end of the video Jessie is among the gathering of the participants for where she encourages them to speak in tongues.  She starts and the crowd follows suit.  Frankly, it’s unsettling to say the least.  I wonder if it is a real experience being portrayed.  Apostle Paul stated in 1 Corinthians 14:13, if one speaks in tongues then pray that he may also interpret. In this instance, this was not done.  Jessie did return to speaking normally but something about it was off putting.

If you have seen a lot of Jessie’s video appearances there is not much new here, at least not in this example.  Better to save your $400 and just watch the videos for free.

(I should point out that I was going to post a clip of Jessie speaking in tongues but decided against it.  Something in my spirit said, NO.  Proceed at your own risk and prayerfully consider watching it in the full video, link below.)

Notes

8.28.22
About 19 minutes in #JessieCzebotar gives a teaching on the 7 tones of the Holy Spirit.  She gives no Biblical reference for this.

Is The Chaplain A Chaplain?

"A chaplain is, traditionally, a cleric (such as a minister, priest, pastor, rabbi, purohit, or imam), or a lay representative of a religious tradition, attached to a secular institution (such as a hospital, prison, military unit, intelligence agency, embassy, school, labor union, business, police department, fire department, university, sports club), or a private chapel."   Wikipedia.org

I have documented much regarding Jessie Czebotar and her various schemes and machinations.  That includes notable falsehoods and deceptions, such as the 3 girls photo, the satanic runes decode and her portrayal of Somerset Belenoff, a fictional character in a hoax, who she claims to have met in person and received threats from.  When conducting workshops and seminars there is a litany of false Christian teachings and misinterpretation of Scripture.

There is plenty of evidence to show she is not who she says she is.  Either from being trained to become a Mother of Darkness in the Illuminati to her claim of being a Satanic abuse survivor.  Ultimately, she tells a lot of tall tales with little that can be verified. Hence, the ongoing controversies that swirl around her.

Despite it all, she has developed a huge following (over 43k on Twitter at this time) whereby she can stage workshops that cost $400 to take part in.

Jessie Czebotar widely bills herself as a chaplain in her social media, marketing materials, books and video interviews. This post will explore these claims.

It’s All Sort Of Vague

Ever since Jessie appeared on the scene, besides billing

herself as a high level satanist trainee, she maintained her professional image of a chaplain.  It is factual that she earned a Masters of Divinity Degree from Multnomah University in Portland, Oregon.  But her resume for work as a chaplain is sketchy.

One of the first things I noticed about Jessie Czebotar early on is the way she documents her life and personal history.  Her stories are vague, devoid of the usual details one normally provides when one provides an accounting.  Her stories are filled with characters who remain largely unnamed.  These tales work as summaries but not for finding out who this person really is.  In turn, it makes it hard to research her claims to uncover if they are true.  She’s lucky, as her numerous video channel supporters fail in their interviewing and asking hard questions.  They just let her ramble on.  She gets help from pro Jessie blogger Veronica Swift repeats Jessie's stories with little to no investigation of facts.  (Incredibly, the regurgitation is so loose Swift includes mistakes and half-truths that go uncorrected.)

When she tries to be more specific she stumbles into needless wrangling as already mentioned.

An example of her ambiguity is the story she related on a Carmen Studer video (since taken down) about working in a nursing home.  While there, a man named Ralph would appear.  He was a friendly retired man of good will and would chat with people and hand out cookies.  A year later in 2010 (a rare listing of a date) Jessie had a new job at a VA Hospital.  While on rounds she ran into Ralph, now confined to a bed and in his last days.  Jessie expressed surprise in finding Ralph since she had not known his surname, only to discover it upon finding him.  He was alone, without family and Jessie said she was there as he passed away.  In this example, she never states the names of the nursing home or the VA hospital.  No city location or time of year either.  Not even Ralph’s last name is provided.

How does anyone verify this story as true?  There is nothing to investigate.  She was not pressed for details by her interviewer and so her account stands as-is.  The story does serve to make her appear compassionate to a lonely old man so he would not die alone among strangers.

Who tells their back story devoid of details like this?

Resume

In her various video and podcast interviews she lists being a chaplain at a hospice, nursing homes, hospitals, etc.  In not one instance has she ever listed the names of these places, date or month, cities or states.

This image above is about as close as one will get to a resume.  Actually we get more details here than on Jessie’s LinkedIn page which says “Chaplain” and nothing more.

She details education, various services, ministry assistance and experience. But once again, no listing of healthcare organizations, secular groups or companies.  No accounting for other ministries she has claimed to have worked with.  Posts her educational background but does not name the college she got her Masters of Divinity from (Multnomah University - https://www.multnomah.edu).

Once again, her history is big on achievements with little to nothing to back it up.

It should be noted that a chaplain normally is associated with a Church, or if of another faith, Synagogue or Mosque.  Jessie appears to not have any affiliation with any church.  If she is affiliated, why not mention it?  Why be so closed about one's personal bio?

Her pictures on her Facebook page go back to 2012.  Not a single picture of herself in any of the working environments she has mentioned.  No one that worked with her in these areas has ever come forward, so no corroborating witnesses.  In her Facebook posts there are no mentions of working as a chaplain.  She only appears on video channels owned by her apologist “friends” where she won’t be asked any questions regarding these missing details (or for that matter, any outlandish claims).

She still promotes herself as a chaplain through her Illuminate the Darkness ministry despite her not doing any chaplain work at this juncture and has not been for at least 3 years.  She is currently conducting seminars, fundraising for numerous issues (veterans, whistleblowers, special causes, herself, etc.), publishing books, selling merchandise and making the rounds on friendly video channels.

There does seem to be a shift towards promoting herself as a whistle blower and a Federal Witness.  Blown the whistle about what and to whom?  Digging deeper one finds these are tales of self promotion with no real facts to back it up.  If documents are presented they are in the wrong formats, handwritten and not typed.  Jessie depends on the ignorance of her followers' knowledge of basic procedures in court filings to spread inaccurate information about herself and her deeds.

As far as being a Federal Witness goes, read what the US Marshals Service says about that HERE.  And you will see how little it has to do with Jessie's claims of being a Federal Witness.

In an attempt to extra proof she posted this ID card online.  What is the thumb covering up?  The image is severely cropped making it impossible to determine what the ministry affiliation is or professional organization.  It should be noted that chaplain ID cards are easy to come by.  You can order them off Amazon without providing any proof of one’s identity.

In Summary

  • Her listing of ministry work at hospitals, a homeless shelter, hospice, homeless shelter, etc, are never named.
  • No dates or locations for these organizations.
  • Rarely mentions fellow workers.  None have come forward to verify Jessie Czebotar worked with them.
  • No work history listed on online resume sites such as LinkedIn.
  • No photos of workplaces, interior or exterior.
  • The ID shown is severely cropped to not identify any ministry affiliation complete with mysterious thumb cover.
  • No Jessie Czebotar is known to be a member of any professional chaplain organizations.
  • It is not known what current church Jessie Czebotar is a member of or affiliated with.
  • Online people search sites do not show any work history for Jessie Czebotar.

In Closing

As it now stands, there is much to question whether or not Jessie Czebotar is a chaplain or has ever been one.  There is, in effect, no proof available except for her own accounts. She most likely is not one now with her ministry efforts and ongoing fundraising, workshops, merchandising, etc.  It begs the question of why one would be so secretive about a stated career with no paper trail to follow.

Ultimately, do your own research and seek the truth.

Notes

8.21.22

There are a lot of things Jessie Czebotar does that would further question her credentials of being an actual chaplain involved in a Christian ministry.  Everything from condoning the blasphemy of satanists to false Biblical teachings.  The following are examples.

Jessie finds it amusing that a chopped up Bible where God’s Word is replaced by a satanic book complete with a pentagram.  What Christian chaplain would find this funny?  God's Word chopped out of his own book.  The condoning of blasphemy.

Jessie gives a speech about her spiritual mentor, New Age thinker Walter Russell.  No mention of Jesus being a mentor or influence.  Then ended on a false teaching that Christians need to ask God for 'permission' to do good works.  As if Believers are on a leash.
