The Jonah Rief story is the tragic tale of a a manufactured legal kidnapping by a select group of government officials of a young boy for the purposes of being trafficked. Finally, his mother Tammy Rief presents her story at the Department of Government Accountability (GAO). Her testimony starts at about 26 minutes in.
